Enclosed units are constructed of steel and concrete for increased fire safety. The driveways for the enclosed units are paved and the outside storage areas are covered in road base. The buildings are lit from dusk to dawn as well as armed with motion sensor security lighting. The entire complex is fenced with chain link topped with barbed wire.
